Seven future and present CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) members completed a 24 hour Basic CERT Course held at Fire Station 91 in Lake Arrowhead. The class was held over three Saturdays in June. Covered topics include:

  • What is CERT?

  • Disaster Preparedness

  • Working wth FEMA

  • Disaster Psychology

  • Light USAR

  • Fire Extinguisher Use

  • Disaster Medical Operations

  • Water Purification

  • Drone Operations
